We had had our pool and jacuzzi system installed and opened for two years. The builder had sent a “pool expert” who owned his own pool maintenance company come to our house to show us how it operated. We were so confused and frustrated, because he didn’t know how to describe to us how things worked. We also had no idea how to use the jacuzzi. We called upon 3 more “pool experts” who came to help us, charged us money, and could not get our jacuzzi to work. It was so disappointing to have a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, but to not be able to enjoy the jacuzzi at all. My husband had heard of “My Pool Guy” word of mouth and he came highly recommended. Feeling I had nothing to loose, I called him to see if he could turn the jacuzzi on. Not only did Jason turn the jacuzzi on, he first fixed it. It was never installed correctly, and the builder, nor three other “pool experts” couldn’t admit they had no idea how to fix it. Needless to say, we LOVE our jacuzzi and can’t wait for My Pool Guy to come back this spring and open it back up for us to enjoy!!!!!!
